Hand Woven Wool Wall Art
Artist wool weaving almost looks like map of continental US, whatever artist's intent. Different natural dye wools of various textures are woven in pale, cream whites to riots of lapis and indigo blue, brilliant reds and rich golds. Randomly placed tassel fringe. Wonderful example of renaissance of American hand-loomed weaving in 1960s. Excellent original condition. Artist unknown.
